During the high school years, the graduates of the Class of 2023 faced the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite these difficult circumstances, the college admission process became a valuable journey filled with hope and gratitude. These students did not merely aim to gain admission to prestigious universities. Rather, they dedicated themselves to becoming servant leaders who strive to make a positive impact on society. They worked diligently, honing their skills and giving their best effort each day until the very end. We are proud of these students who have achieved the remarkable outcome of being accepted into prestigious universities across the world, including in China, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore.
 

This year's college admissions results reveal several noteworthy trends: 
Firstly, 70% of the graduates were admitted to universities ranked among the top 40 globally. (according to QS and US News)
Many students successfully gained entry into highly selective universities in countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, and China, by applying to institutions that were a 'FIT' for them.  

Secondly, 50% of the graduates who applied to U.S. universities were accepted into the top 50 universities in the United States. (according to US News)

Thirdly, all students in the Chinese Track were accepted into top-tier universities in China.
Although top Chinese universities have increasingly limited the admission rates for Korean international students, every student in the Chinese Track was admitted to prestigious institutions such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, and Fudan University. Among students in the SAP Track who applied to Chinese universities, students also received acceptances from Peking University, Tsinghua University, and Fudan University’s English-taught programs such as MBBS (Clinical Medicine) and UIPE (Economics).

Fourthly, the total amount of scholarships awarded has significantly increased.
Numerous prestigious international universities offered both admission and financial aid to our graduates. It is remarkable that our students, competing as international applicants, not only gained admission to top universities but also received various scholarships. In total, 56 scholarships were awarded by different universities, with the cumulative amount reaching $1.26 million USD annually. Notably, four of our graduates received full scholarships from universities such as Carnegie Mellon University, Syracuse University, and Taylor University.

Fifthly, there has been a significant increase in the diversity of majors chosen by our students.
Rather than being concentrated in a few popular fields, students have explored and developed their interests through the diverse cultural and linguistic experiences, extracurricular activities, and weekend elective courses offered at our school, paving their unique ‘Only One’ paths.
