ARML Local (American Regions Mathematics League) Results
Manager 2020-07-17The American Regions Mathematics League (ARML) is a prestigious math team tournament with a history of more than 40 years. The ARML Final is a 15-member team tournament held in the U.S. each June while the ARML Local is an international competition held on the same day in different parts of the world. The ARML tests similar content as the AMC (American Mathematics Competition), but is more advanced with team rounds, individual rounds, relay and tie breakers challenging each student’s mathematical understandings, creativity, and problem-solving skills as well as their ability to communicate and strategize as a team.
At the ARML International Competition held at the end of May this year, six of our students participated. Even though they prepare only for two short weeks, they were able to compete well and be awarded in both group and individual categories.
